According to NYS guidelines, yoga studios fall under the umbrella of Phase 4. Currently, we are only in Phase 2. Management plans to open our doors as soon as we possibly can; however, being a fairly new business (open for only 2 years), we have taken a serious financial hit.

Health and wellness is going to be a very important aspect in moving forward. In order to stay healthy, grounded and intentional, people NEED the things we offe​r. You can find: Yoga, meditation, reiki (energy healing) and so much more offered here!

Reiki
