I Accept Me

a 4-week session for people 9-12 years of age

I Accept Me is a 4 week yoga series that will focus on loving and accepting ourselves just as we are, while exploring all the amazing things our body and mind can do. 

This group is aimed at young people 9-12 years of age and will include gentle yoga, meditation and journaling.

No yoga experience necessary. Come as you are.

Sound Journey

Join Sarah at Healing Arts Studio on March 8th at 5:45p.m. & April 23rd, also at 5:45p.m. to enjoy the sacred sounds of vibrational instruments. This journey will provide you with a unique opportunity to go deep within yourself for inner healing and meditation.

Recovery Yoga 

Classes will begin in February!

If you have ever struggled with addiction or have been impacted in any way by someone else's battle with this disease, we invite you to join us for our 4 week session of Recovery Yoga.​.

Recovery Yoga is a donation-based class (free other than your offering) for anyone affected by the disease of addiction. Each class will be split into two 45 minute sections. The first 45 minutes will be reserved for discussion modeled around the 12 Steps of Recovery. The second half of class will be allotted to 45 minutes of yoga inspired, gentle movements followed by an extended guided relaxation. Class is suitable for all-levels of practitioner.

Suggested Donation: $ 5-$ 10

Donations will be accepted; however, they are not expected. Come as you are, all are welcome here.

There will be no signing in for this class - We would like to protect your privacy!
