According to NYS guidelines, yoga studios fall under the umbrella of Phase 4. Currently, we are only in Phase 2. Management plans to open our doors as soon as we possibly can; however, being a fairly new business (open for only 2 years), we have taken a serious financial hit.
Health and wellness is going to be a very important aspect in moving forward. In order to stay healthy, grounded and intentional, people NEED the things we offer. You can find: Yoga, meditation, reiki (energy healing) and so much more offered here!

" I’ll admit, at first I was a little nervous because, I hadn’t been in a yoga class in quite some time. I was worried that maybe I wouldn’t be able to keep up or follow through with some of the poses but, Becky seems to immediately understand any difficulties anyone might run into in a pose, and also has an answer to remedy any difficulty, and guide you toward progress and being mindful of your body. Any day I start with a class at the healing arts studio tends to be a great one. All of the staff there from entry to attic are magnificent people. Beautiful studio with fantastic instructors that offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment to learn and practice. First class is free, so i highly recommend seeing for yourself how great this studio is.

Becky’s class is incredible - a perfect blend of inner peace and fitness. She always seems to know the needs of her class (I think sometimes when we don’t) and seemlessly puts together a class which is different each time. The pace and flow are just right with many little extras. The studio is gorgeous, spa-like and adds to the whole experience. I love each class and can’t wait for the next one. If you haven’t tried it, you should!

This is my second class at Healing Arts in Fulton. The yoga space is amazing. If you are inexperienced yogi they provide mats, blocks, straps and anything else you might need to give it a try. Becky guided the class through a slow flow with many different poses. To help with form Becky gave specific instructions on how your body should be positioned and what you should be feeling such as when you press the tops of your feet into the mat, you should feel your knee come off the mat. It is a great class for beginners and advanced students alike.

Reiki is a popular and beneficial healing modality that is utilized for health and wellness. It is based on energetic principles and is practiced in many hospitals, medical settings, and in private practice all around the world.
A session will include a light gentle pressure static touch in specific Reiki hand positions or the Practitioner's hands may be a few inches above your body with no actual touch. During a session, most clients feel a sense of relaxation and peace.
